Retail Sales Associate Monday-Friday 8 am-5pm (lunch hour varies) Saturday 8 am-12pm (September-May) DESCRIPTION: We are looking for a result-driven Sales Associate with knowledge of the livestock show industry to be responsible for all sales job duties and build a customer base of competitive livestock exhibitors, fitters, and showmen. Including but not limited to answering telephone calls, maintaining the appearance of facilities, forklift operation (will train), adapting to climate changes, achieve excellent customer service. RESPONSIBILITIES: •Achieve customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. •Provide assistance and information on products. •Greet customers in the store and answer questions. •Maintain stock items, inventory, cleanliness, and organization. •Process POS (point of Sale) system. •Handle returns or complaints. •Build productive trust relationships with customers.

SKILLS: •Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. •Basic math skills. •Ability to lift 50#, squat, stoop, stand, drive a forklift. •A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus. •Knowledge of livestock and agriculture is a must. •Knowledge of competitors’ choice of livestock feed/supplements. •Potentially double our sales as of current within 12 months.
