QUALIFICATIONS:
**Education: ** Bachelor’s degree in information technology, cloud computing, management information system, data analytics, or equivalent training and/or experience preferred.
Experience: Meaningful work in some or all of the following areas:
- Microsoft Power BI
- Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Microsoft Power Automate
- Information Technology
**Skills: **Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 platform, specifically with Dynamics 365 CRM, Power BI, and Power Automate. Meaningful work in data analytics and visualizations preferred.
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Perform various types of reporting, data management, and analysis utilizing Microsoft Power BI and Dynamics 365 CRM. Maintain needed updates and customizations to support the school’s student database system (Microsoft Dynamics 365). Create custom workflows to improve business process automation. Responsible for planning, developing, presenting, and documenting solutions to support existing and the addition of new services.

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead or participate in design sessions with key staff members documenting current business processes within the department.
- Gather, facilitate, and understand functional requirements to identify opportunities for database and system improvement between various departments.
- Create written scopes of work for system modification and integrations and identify internal and external resources needed to complete the project.
- Prepare project budget summaries for system modification and integrations.
- Monitor, build and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 forms, views, dashboards, and workflows for staff.
- Build and configure Microsoft Power BI dashboards and datasets for staff members.
- Work with Learning Management Systems such as Moodle or other online learning systems to integrate the flow of data between systems and maintain data integrity.
- Monitor current system integrations with the student information system to ensure proper function and work with outside developers to address any issues.
- Develop implementation procedures/training for successful adoption of new processes and technology.
- Assist with responding to and resolving Helpdesk support request.
- Use department communication software to maintain and communicate project timelines and updates.
- Provide management with status reports on development, implementation, and staff adoption of new and ongoing projects.
- Assist in maintaining, both within and outside the school, a program of public relations that serves to promote understanding, maintain a positive morale within the center, and keep the public informed regarding business and industry/program activities, needs, and successes.
- Continually build/maintain professional competence through networking with the company, community, participation in professional organizations and civic activities, conducting research and participating in professional development to be able to bring training to the client(s) and Autry Tech staff.
- Participate in annual evaluation of his/her own performance with supervisor.
- Assist in upholding and enforcing the policies and procedures of the Autry Technology Center Board of Education.
- Assist in identifying, preparing, evaluating, and disseminating information to Autry Technology Center administration as requested.
- Prepare and submit reports and other documents as required by Autry Technology Center, the Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education, and other accrediting agencies.
- Attend faculty/staff meetings, professional development, and other school meetings/functions which are required.
- Promote positive morale within Autry Technology Center and demonstrate the ability to work with people.
- Maintain professional competence through participation in professional, educational, and leadership activities.
- Dress in an appropriate and professional manner.
- To ensure continuity of services, remote work may be necessary in the event of a health crisis or disruptive situation that requires the closing of school and/or office buildings. An employee’s eligibility for remote work will be determined by the Superintendent or designee. Expectations and guidelines for remote work will be distributed by the employee’s supervisor based on his/her role and responsibilities.
