About the Role:

The Host plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming and positive first impression for guests at our establishment. Minimum Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival, providing a warm and professional welcome.
  • Manage reservations and walk-in guest seating to optimize table turnover and minimize wait times.
  • Maintain an organized waitlist and communicate estimated wait times clearly to guests.
  • Coordinate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless service flow.
  • Answer phone calls to handle reservations, inquiries, and special requests efficiently.

  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up the host station and maintaining cleanliness.
