CDSA is a private, non-profit, community action agency with a mission to work with others to identify needs, secure resources, and deliver services that improve lives in our communities. Over a dozen programs are operated at CDSA in the three major service categories of Early Childhood Development, Self-Sufficiency, and Community Planning and Research. CDSA serves 20 counties with a primary service area of Garfield and Grant Counties in north central Oklahoma.
