Restaurant Manager

Applicants will also be expected to be able work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary.
As a growing business, we have several new Management Opportunities - Front of House Managers and Back of House Manager who will also have an area of focus (Marketing, HR, Food Safety, Food Quality, or Catering). All managers go through extensive training and must meet the productivity and training standards of each prior leadership level before exiting the training period.
The right candidate will have prior leadership experience in community organizing, service leadership, fast casual dining experience, or restaurant experience or other applicable leadership experience.
Prior experience as manager, supervisor, crew lead, shift lead, assistant manager, kitchen manager, BOH manager, HR experience, inventory management, or labor management is very helpful to your success at this job.
