Our beef is pasture-raised, grain-fed, and finished with 120-day wholesome grain rations for the best marbling and tenderness. Chisholm Trail Milling mills all our flour to order from Oklahoma wheat that is grown for flavor, not yield. Our wheat is slowly milled between two natural granite stones which crush it into extremely fine flour. We then run our flour through coarse screens to make sure it is pure, soft, and fine before sending it off to you. Born from locally-grown barley and wheat malt partnered with a brewing passion, Enid Brewing Company is brewing up some fantastic craft beer.
