We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our caregiving team. In this role, you will provide hands-on assistance with daily living activities, companionship, and emotional support to clients in the comfort of their homes or in assisted living or memory care settings. The ideal candidate has a heart for seniors, strong communication skills, and the flexibility to adapt to a variety of care needs and behaviors.

Pay: $14-16

  • Weekend Overnights (8p–8a)

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist clients with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
  • Support mobility, transfers, and positioning
  • Prepare and serve meals based on dietary needs
  • Perform light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, organizing)
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Escort clients to appointments and outings as needed
  • Document care and report changes in client condition
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and care team members

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor
  • At least 6 months of paid senior caregiving experience (home care, facility, or private duty)
  • 21 years of age or older
  • Smartphone for communication and care tracking
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
  • Willingness to travel 20–30 minutes for shifts
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect client privacy
  • Comfortable working around small pets (dogs/cats)
  • CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)
  • Must pass background check and drug screening
  • Experience with dementia and senior care required
