Comfort Keepers is hiring compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in Woodward, Oklahoma and the surrounding area to provide one-on-one, in-home care to seniors and adults.

A current CNA certification is required for this position.

What You'll Do

As a Comfort Keepers CNA, you'll provide personalized, one-on-one support based on each client's individual care plan. Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Providing companionship and conversation
• Assisting with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Preparing meals and assisting with feeding when needed
• Performing light housekeeping and laundry
• Providing medication reminders
• Assisting with errands and transportation when authorized
• Providing safety supervision and fall-prevention support
• Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition
• Completing required care documentation
• Following client care plans and company policies and procedures

Qualifications

Required:

• Current CNA certification
• Dependable and committed to scheduled shifts
• Compassionate, patient, and professional
• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care
• Able to safely assist with mobility and transfers as required by the assignment
• Able to communicate effectively with clients, families, and the Comfort Keepers team
• Able to follow written care plans and safety procedures
• Willing to complete all required orientation, training, background screenings, and employment requirements
