About the Talent Pool

We’re building a community of food service professionals who are interested in being considered for current and future opportunities at local restaurants, cafés, catering companies, and hospitality venues. By applying once, you’ll join our talent pool and be matched with employers who are hiring for a variety of front-of-house and back-of-house positions.

Types of Roles Include

• Line Cooks & Prep Cooks – preparing, cooking, and plating dishes.
• Servers / Waitstaff – providing excellent customer service and ensuring guests have a positive dining experience.
• Dishwashers & Utility Staff – keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly.
• Hosts/Hostesses – welcoming and seating guests, managing reservations.
• General Food Service Staff – supporting kitchen or dining room operations as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Interest in food service, hospitality, or customer service.
• Ability to work well on a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliability, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
• Previous experience is a plus, but not always required—some employers are open to training!
