Under general supervision, performs a variety of routine maintenance for facilities; ensures facilities are available for use and consistently maintained in a safe and clean condition.

QUALIFICATIONS:

A. Ability to perform semi-skilled facility maintenance

B. Experience using hand and electrical tools

C. Ability to read technical manuals and drawings

D. Very good communication and interpersonal skills

E. Physical stamina and dexterity

F. High school diploma or equivalent

RESPONSIBILITIES:

A. Performs a variety of routine semi-skilled maintenance for facilities.

B. Assembles, repairs, maintains, and moves furniture, such as desks cabinets, tables, chairs, shelves, and related fittings and fixtures.

C. Ensures that the facilities are clean and maintained according to company policy and procedures.

D. Inspects and identifies equipment or machines in need of repair.

E. Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs.

F. Cleans and assists with upkeep of the facilities.

G. Conduct maintenance tasks.

H. Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations
