We're hiring a licensed Journeyman Electrician to lead and supervise an electrical crew while performing hands-on work in field environments. You’ll oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems—delivering quality, efficiency, and safety on every job. Key Responsibilities

Safety Leadership

  • Lead daily safety huddles, job safety analyses (JSAs), and enforce all safety standards
  • Immediately report and help resolve any safety incidents or near-misses
  • Promote a zero-incident culture—no job is more important than safety

Technical Excellence

  • Interpret and execute electrical blueprints, schematics, and NEC codes
  • Install and troubleshoot wiring, conduit, lighting, instrumentation, and control systems
  • Operate tools such as benders, testers, meters, and threaders safely and correctly
  • Identify field issues early and recommend corrective actions or cost-saving ideas

Crew Leadership

  • Supervise a team of 2–5 electricians and apprentices on jobsite activities
  • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to project timelines
  • Provide coaching, technical guidance, and on-the-job training
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient jobsite

Quality & Productivity

  • Complete work to spec, on schedule, and with minimal rework
  • Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used
  • Ensure all work meets or exceeds NEC and customer standards

Qualifications

  • Valid Oklahoma Journeyman Electrician License
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in industrial, oilfield, or commercial electrical work
  • Ability to lead teams and manage jobsite operations
  • Proficiency with NEC, electrical blueprints, and technical tools
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) preferred
  • NCCER Electrical or Instrumentation Certification preferred
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% preferred
