We're hiring a licensed Journeyman Electrician to lead and supervise an electrical crew while performing hands-on work in field environments. You’ll oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems—delivering quality, efficiency, and safety on every job. Key Responsibilities
Safety Leadership
- Lead daily safety huddles, job safety analyses (JSAs), and enforce all safety standards
- Immediately report and help resolve any safety incidents or near-misses
- Promote a zero-incident culture—no job is more important than safety
Technical Excellence
- Interpret and execute electrical blueprints, schematics, and NEC codes
- Install and troubleshoot wiring, conduit, lighting, instrumentation, and control systems
- Operate tools such as benders, testers, meters, and threaders safely and correctly
- Identify field issues early and recommend corrective actions or cost-saving ideas
Crew Leadership
- Supervise a team of 2–5 electricians and apprentices on jobsite activities
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to project timelines
- Provide coaching, technical guidance, and on-the-job training
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient jobsite
Quality & Productivity
- Complete work to spec, on schedule, and with minimal rework
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used
- Ensure all work meets or exceeds NEC and customer standards
Qualifications
- Valid Oklahoma Journeyman Electrician License
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in industrial, oilfield, or commercial electrical work
- Ability to lead teams and manage jobsite operations
- Proficiency with NEC, electrical blueprints, and technical tools
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) preferred
- NCCER Electrical or Instrumentation Certification preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 25% preferred
