Role Overview

Join HEI’s Electrical Automation & Controls team as an Apprentice and build your career in a high-performance, hands-on environment. What You’ll Be Doing

·         Support installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of automation and

control systems

·         Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

·         Assist with conduit runs, wire pulls, and installation of control components

·         Learn PLCs, ladder logic, and industrial control systems

·         Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and job site expectations

What We’re Looking For

·         Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

·         Attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship

·         Team-oriented with clear communication skills

·         Valid driver’s license and ability to work physically demanding tasks

·         Basic electrical knowledge preferred but not required
