Automation Crew Leader

Role Overview

HEI is seeking a working Electrical Automation Crew Leader to lead field execution on industrial and oilfield projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

·         Lead and execute installation and troubleshooting of automation systems

·         Conduct safety meetings and enforce standards

·         Coordinate daily crew activities

·         Communicate with clients and leadership

·         Solve field problems and ensure quality execution

What We’re Looking For

·         2+ years in automation, instrumentation, or controls

·         Strong knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, and motor controls

·         Ability to read schematics and lead crews

·         Strong communication and leadership capability

·         Journeyman license or certification preferred
