Role Overview

HEI is seeking a skilled Electrical Crew Leader to execute high-quality electrical work across multiple sectors.

What You’ll Be Doing

·         Install, inspect, and maintain electrical systems

·         Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues

·         Ensure compliance with NEC and safety standards

·         Interpret schematics and technical drawings

·         Mentor apprentices and support team development

What We’re Looking For

·         Valid Journeyman Electrician License

·         Strong knowledge of NEC and electrical systems

·         Problem-solving and independent work capability

·         Strong communication and professionalism

·         Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred or attainable)
