Join our team as a day shift, full-time, Materials Handler at INTEGRIS Health Enid Hospital in Enid, OK.
  • 2 years of experience in material handling or other customer facing role
  • Valid driver's license and good driving history
  • Microsoft Outlook experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Some college


The Material Handler responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Ensure timely, safe delivery of patient care supplies and equipment while maintaining excellent customer service.
  • Receive, inspect, and validate incoming materials against packing slips; enter items into the inventory system.
  • Distribute and deliver supplies/equipment to departments; pick up and manage patient care equipment levels.
  • Monitor stock levels, perform physical inventories, and report shortages or stock‑outs to management.
  • Replenish, restock, and rotate inventory (including PAR carts, supply rooms, and nursing unit storage areas).
  • Manage specialized carts (e.g., crash carts and disaster carts), including stocking, exchanging, and checking expiration dates.
  • Resolve purchasing, receiving, and inventory discrepancies using inventory and purchasing systems.
  • Operate warehouse and material-handling equipment in compliance with OSHA guidelines and safety standards.
  • Maintain clean, organized workspaces and equipment; prepare carts and ensure readiness for use.
  • Support team operations through training, shift handoffs, huddles, product conversions/recalls, and adherence to PPE and safety protocols.
