Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the finishing and installation of concrete surfaces, ensuring high-quality workmanship that meets project specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of construction practices, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively on construction sites. This position is a mandatory travel position actual work will be completed in Gillett WY.

Duties

• Prepare and finish concrete surfaces according to specifications and blueprints.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools for mixing, pouring, and finishing concrete.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to accurately execute project plans.
• Perform caulking and sealing of joints to ensure durability and aesthetics.
• Collaborate with carpenters and other construction professionals to complete renovation projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards on the construction site.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the project duration.
• Assist in the installation of concrete forms as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role in construction.
• Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and equipment related to concrete finishing.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
• Knowledge of welding techniques is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment on construction sites.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy materials.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
