Restaurant Manager of a Mazzio's location.

Managers have the overall responsibility of the daily operation of the restaurant while ensuring compliance in all areas of the store. Day-to-day operations include cash/security procedures, product preparation, food safety, customer service, financial accountability, profit & loss, team management, recruiting and enforcing company policies and procedures.

• Restaurant Manager Secondary manager, minimum 48 hours per week

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous management experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or retail environment with at least 2 year of recent restaurant management experience.
