Salaried Manager

Salaried Managers play a key role in the success of our company. Successful Manager’s possess leadership qualities to inspire and motivate members of their team.

Managers have the overall responsibility of the daily operation of the restaurant while ensuring compliance in all areas of the store. Day-to-day operations include cash/security procedures, product preparation, food safety, customer service, financial accountability, profit & loss, team management, recruiting and enforcing company policies and procedures.

• General Manager — Primary manager, minimum 48 hours per week

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous management experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or retail environment with at least 2 year of recent restaurant management experience.
