Job Summary: Based on the Northwestern Enid campus; teach on site; commute to Alva one day per week; teach HR Management, Organizational Behavior, Principles of Management, and MBA management courses; mentoring undergraduates and strengthening programs. Duties: 12/12 credit hours teaching load (undergrad/grad); advising; curriculum development; assessment; committees; student orgs/competitions; ACBSP accreditation; community involvement. Preferred Qualifications: DBA or PhD in Management; prior university teaching; 18+ graduate hours in management; corporate management/business owner experience; online teaching/development experience.
