This is a critical leadership role to lead our talent acquisition function as we look to sustainably scale.&nbsp; </span></div><div><span style="font-size: 11pt">&nbsp;</span></div><div><span style="font-size: 11pt">You will lead a team of talent acquisition professionals including dotted line responsibility of our field services team members who handle recruiting in their local sites.&nbsp; You will partner across our leadership teams to bring top talent to PetIQ as we build the best team in the industry. This position will champion our brand, mission, and core values; develop compelling market positioning; bring innovative and optimal recruiting technology solutions; define and communicate our recruiting process; and measure and continuously improve our success in hiring quality and speed as well as our new hire experience and retention.&nbsp; This role will successfully operate in a matrixed and entrepreneurial environment. Preference for deep experience in market-leading companies with a blended exempt/non-exempt workforce. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned talent acquisition leader to strengthen and deliver an innovative and successful recruiting program.</span></div><div><br></div><div><b>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</b></div><div><span style="font-size: 10pt">·</span><span style="font-size: 7pt">&nbsp;</span><span style="font-size: 11pt">Design, execute, and communicate optimal talent acquisition processes (including workforce planning, onboarding), reporting, and policies.&nbsp; </span></div><div><span style="font-size: 10pt">·</span><span style="font-size: 11pt">Strengthen and mentor a high-performing TA team, including dotted line management of field team members handling local recruiting.
