Waukomis Christian Church is prayerfully seeking an Associate Pastor for Young Adult & Family Ministries. If you have a heart for reaching the next generation, building relationships, and sharing the love of Christ in our community, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with young adults, children, and families.
• Rekindle partnerships with local schools and colleges.
• Lead Bible studies, retreats, worship, and evangelism activities.
• Preach on a rotating schedule with the Senior Pastor.
• Assist in church administration, budgeting, and leadership meetings.
• Model Christ-like living and practice spiritual disciplines.

Qualifications

• Passionate faith in Jesus Christ.
• Heart for ministry with families and younger generations.
• Willingness to serve under the mentorship of the Senior Pastor.
• Commitment to ministry standing with the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ).
• Strong communication and technology skills.
