YWCA Enid is hiring a Finance & HR Manager!

Job Summary

This position manages the organization’s financial operations, payroll, and human resource functions in accordance with established policies and procedures. Responsibilities include financial reporting, budget support, grant compliance, audit coordination, and oversight of HR-related processes.

 Essential Functions and Accountabilities include, but are not limited to

1.       Process daily financial transactions, including receipts, purchases, and receivables, in a timely and accurate manner.

2.       Prepare financial statements, reports, and records by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing financial data.

3.       Monitor and manage the organization’s cash position.

4.       Identify financial or operational control issues and recommend process improvements.

5.       Provide financial reports, analysis, and recommendations to the Executive Director and Board of Directors.

6.       Assist in the development and submission of the annual budget for Board approval.

7.       Ensure timely and compliant grant and contract billing, reporting, and fund management, including drawdowns and expenditure tracking.

8.       Develop and maintain an understanding of organizational programs, services, and associated costs.

9.       Maintain current knowledge of applicable financial, grant, and HR requirements and ensure ongoing compliance.

10.   Ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality of all financial and administrative work.

11.   Participate in staff and program meetings to support organizational communication and identify potential barriers to success.

12.   Oversee facility maintenance coordination and vendor relationships.

13.   Maintain personnel files and onboarding documentation in compliance with organizational policies.

14.   Support benefits administration and employee records management.

15.   Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and applicable employment regulations.

 Supervisory Responsibilities

This position includes supervisory responsibilities for maintenance/janitorial staff.

 Work Environment

This position operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and copiers. This is an on-site position.

Physical Demands

The employee is frequently required to sit, speak, and hear, and occasionally required to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

 Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time, exempt position. Typical hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional extended hours as needed.

 Required Education and Experience

·         Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field

·         Minimum of one year of relevant experience preferred

·         Experience with financial statement preparation

·         QuickBooks experience preferred

 Additional Eligibility Qualifications

Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check.
