Milling and Sifting Assistant

Description

Responsible for efficient daily milling activities to assure operations are optimized. Activities include watching over stone mills when the head miller is out of the warehouse, Sifting, packaging, and labeling of sifted flour. Ensuring best personal practice execution. Record keeping.

Responsibilities

● Demonstrate a commitment to food and human safety.

● Sifts, bags, labels, palletizes, and stores flour.

● Maintains records to be stored at end of shift.

Requirements

● You are self-motivated and self-directed.

● You enjoy food and agriculture.

● You can lift 85 lbs.

● You want to be part of a business, from the ground floor, that is creating something extremely dynamic, innovative, and unique to Oklahoma and the surrounding region.

Possible Degrees and Training (Preferred but not required)

● HAACP, or

● Serv-Safe, SQF, or other food safety courses.

● High School Diploma/GED
