Retail Sales Associate Job Description Location: Enid, OK

Position Overview: The Retail Sales Associate will be a key team member supporting both Sidwell Distribution and Chisholm Trail Milling. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, managing communications, coordinating orders, and ensuring accurate billing and record-keeping. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and proactive in driving customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in person. • Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, providing information or routing inquiries. • Make outgoing calls to follow up with existing customers and reach out to potential new customers. • Process and manage weekly food and flour orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment. • Collect and organize flour customer orders for Chisholm Trail Milling. • Assist with coordinating deliveries and communicating order details internally. • Invoice customers at each order and ensure all billing information is accurate. • Track and manage monthly storage billing for rented freezer spaces. • Maintain organized records of customer transactions and payments. • Keep updated records of rented freezer spaces and customer storage usage. • Communicate storage availability to customers and management as needed. • Maintain customer contact records and sales activity logs. • Support additional administrative and sales-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred. • Previous customer service, sales, or administrative experience preferred. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Proficiency with basic office software (email, spreadsheets, invoicing/order management tools). • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Comfortable making outbound calls and interacting with a variety of customers. • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Work Schedule & Compensation:
